NHS Health Scotland selects Content Point from Atlantic Link

Atlantic Link Limited is delighted to announce that NHS Health Scotland has selected its remote authoring system, Content Point, after a tender process covering many of the major elearning authoring systems.

When NHS Health Scotland were looking for eLearning software to create on-line courses, they issued a tender to a number of major suppliers of authoring systems.

After an extensive selection process, a small number of shortlisted suppliers were invited to their offices in Edinburgh for a final presentation.

Atlantic Link's radical remote authoring system, Content Point, was identified as being the perfect solution for their needs, and the contract was awarded to Atlantic Link.

Commenting on the deal, Operations Director Mike Alcock stated "This is our first approach to the NHS marketplace for our unique authoring tools, and we've been immediately successful. Our tools allow true collaborative development, remote authoring and automatic Flash output - all features that were important to NHS Health Scotland. We are talking to a number of other NHS organisations and are hopeful that they will also find our radical and unique technology hard to beat".
